Unresolved: Cannot Use Smart PayWithMobile in iTunes

This is an update to the post Cannot Use Smart PayWithMobile in iTunes. It is unfortunate that the problem I reported to Smart Customer Service about not being able to use PayWithMobile in iTunes since November 2016 has not been resolved. Smart Customer Service could not give me a specific reason why or how the problem arose, let alone a solution. Apart from turning a blind eye on the unresolved PayWithMobile technical issue, they have also conveniently called upon “plausible deniability”to explain away my PayWithMobile issue because I just renewed my Smart postpaid plan by downgrading from 2000 iPhone plan to 999 iPhone plan.
